About CharityGoal

Welcome to CharityGoal.com (“CharityGoal” or “we” or “us”). We offer a Site that allows people (“Organizers”) to organize fundraising campaigns (“Causes”) by using our site to create web pages (“Cause Pages”) that other people (“Donors”) may donate to. There is no cost to use CharityGoal; we collect our fees from donations made by Donors and send the remaining funds to the recipient (“Recipient”) as identified on the Cause Page when the Cause ends, regardless of whether the goal amount has been reached.
